Bar 26 is the speakeasy-style urban distillery bar for Otter Craft Distilling (OCD) based in Lilyfield, Sydney, and is co-owned & created by brother + sister duo Eduard + Julie Otter.
Located at their distillery, Bar 26 is a whiskey and cocktail bar to showcase OCD’s internationally award winning Single Malt OCD Whiskey, OCD Vodkas, Mary St Gin & Gin Liqueurs, as well as like-minded wines, beers & spirits.
Bar 26 is a great place to enjoy a drink, a fabulous night out, or a sneaky cocktail and cake to end any evening in the best possible way.
Bar 26 is a partner bar for the Scotch Malt Whisky Society as well as Samaroli Whisky & supports other independent Australian distilleries with a place to launch & sell from!
Taking the helm as Manager for Bar 26 is renowned industry Mixologist, Chef & International spirits judge - Flynn McLennan - creating an incredible array of cocktails, including all of your classics & favourites.
OCD's philosophy of using sustainable + traceable ingredients & practices, is also showcased in the delicious food menu, which has been designed in collaboration by Eduard & Flynn, with much of the menu made in house - from the delicious pizza's & desserts to the house made brisket & salmon gravlax and cocktail garnishes.
Follow Bar 26 for monthly events & collaborations - like the recent whisky & wagyu 5 course degustation with SMWS to collaborations with Bennelong & Mary St Gin & food pairing nights!
