Ash Nicholson is the Director of Government & Industry based in Sydney. With a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry, government dynamics, and city shaping, Ash is adept at engaging stakeholders to drive transformative projects. Leveraging an innovative, data-driven approach, Ash delivers exceptional results that enhance the stakeholder experience and foster long-term relationships.

Ash actively contributes to the industry by serving on various committees and boards. Notably, she is a member of the City of Sydney's Creative and Cultural Advisory Panel, the Property Council of Australia's National Cities Roundtable, and the Night Time Industries Association board, among others.
